  • Everyone has driven different vehicles.  Gas gauges vary greatly.  My 2000 Jeep Wrangler's gauge quickly goes to half way, but then takes a long time to travel to empty.  My 2005 Mazda RX-8 was just the opposite. How about yours? Another interesting thing about my Mazda RX-8 was it had a section in the sun visor that had pin holes so you could see traffic lights when the sun was behind the lights.
  • Have you ever noticed the green light at the entrance and exit of escalators?  Do you know why?  For safety...catching your eye to guide your step.
  • Do you know how US Federal roads are numbered?  Numbering starts in the Southwest heading Northeast.  Odd numbered roads are South/North (vertical) and even numbered roads are West/East (horizontal).  Exits count South to North and West to East.  They are numbered by the mile.  If there is more than one exit in the same mile the number of the exit is appended with a letter (A, B, C, etc.).
  • Do you know that your car posts like a computer, because a computer runs it.  When you hear your car do a series of beep after being started it is performing a self-test.
  • Have you ever made a wish on a clock displaying "11:11"?
  • Do insurance companies make money off the premium you pay? Of course, but maybe not how you think. Even if Insurance companies paid all the premium back to customer in claims they make money off the premium while they hold it in their banks until they pay claims.
  • New styles grow on you the more you experience them. Like music, cars and clothing. If I like a song a lot at first it usually grows old quickly, but if I have some interest in the song...the more I hear the more I may like it. Same for cars, clothes, etc.
  • Some people notice that I cut my meat with my left hand while eating. So, they ask me if I am left handed. I am not. I am simply a fast eater. I don't see the need to switch the knife and fork back and forth. The fork simply does not leave my left hand for a knife.
  • What is your definition of class status in the US? Mine is...lower class has to work every hour for every dollar...middle class has employees/assests gain money...upper class does not have to work! Just my quick dirty definition.
